"Replaced ubiquitous track home Tristaniopsis laurina (Water Gum) with Gold Medallion, due to excessive growth and year-round leaf drop. Gold Medallion was not a fast grower, however once established, is a proper size for a smaller yard. Homeowner pruning is easy and doesn't require professional grade tools or excessive ladder climbing. Very good shade, clean, easy maintenance, beautiful blooms."
